• Service Call (includes first hour of labor): Billing begins at the time of departure to your location.
  $150

• Additional Time:
  $80/hour

• Free Estimates:
  Available for larger jobs, equipment installs, or full-home repipes

The following services are priced per job, based on complexity, materials, and site conditions. A site visit or photos may be needed to provide an accurate quote.

• Radon mitigation system installation

• Water softener or filtration system install

• Hot water tank or electric boiler installations

• Full-home plumbing upgrades or renovations

✔ Diagnosis and basic repairs or services
✔ Utilization of standard tools and materials
✔ Thorough job cleanup and testing before departure
✔ Respectful and tidy workmanship in your home or business

❌ Materials not included, billed by actual use.

❌ Structural modifications or restoration work (e.g., drywall/paint repair after access)
